📦 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

📬 Standard Shipping (Free)
Our free standard shipping uses USPS postage stamps. While this method is completely free, please note:
- No tracking number is provided
- Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after processing
- We are unable to locate packages once shipped via this method
- We recommend upgrading to tracked shipping for peace of mind

🇺🇸 Shipping Destination
We currently ship to United States or Canada addresses only (all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii).
📋 Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you selected tracked shipping, your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
❓ Lost or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:
- Standard Shipping: We are unable to track or locate packages. We recommend waiting up to 21 business days before contacting us.
- Tracked Shipping: Please contact us with your order number and tracking number and we will investigate promptly.
